Roasted Chicken Tonight!!



Hi I'm Heidi and I will be sharing some of my favorite recipes! I am ALWAYS searching for fast delicious dinner ideas to feed my hungry crew! Here's one I just tried last night and it was a hit!!

Put chicken thighs/legs (skinned or not), small white/red potatoes cut in half, small bag of baby carrots all together in a large cassarole dish. Drizzle some olive oil over it all, season it up with some of your fav seasonings/herbs and bake at 375 for 40 min. VOILA!!! Enjoy with some fresh bread and a salad!!
