When your eyebrows are groomed into the perfect shape for your face they make a perfect frame for your eyes -- and can even help your face look thinner or fuller. Ideally, your brows should not be too thin, should have a smooth arch and should taper slightly at the end. In general, if you have a full, rounder face, your brows should be fuller with a more angular arch. If you have a heart- or square-shaped face, your arch should be less defined. If your have an oval-shaped face
InstructionsHow to Shape Your Eyebrows
1- Determine where your brows should start. Hold the pencil or makeup brush vertically against the side of one nostril. Where the pencil meets your brow is the ideal starting point for your brows -- it should be even with the center of your nostril. Using the eyebrow pencil, mark that spot. Repeat on the other eye.
2- Determine where your brow should end. Hold the pencil vertically against your nose, and then angle it out until it meets the corner of your eye. The spot where the pencil meets your brow bone is the best ending point for your brows. Mark that spot with the eyebrow pencil, and repeat on the other eye.
3 -Determine the best arch for your brows. Again holding the pencil parallel to your nose, angle it outward until it is just past the colored part of your iris. This should be the highest point of your eyebrow.
4 -Mark this spot, and then repeat the process for your other eye.
connect the dots using the eyebrow pencil, to create a guideline for tweezing.
5 -Use the brush to comb the hairs into place.
6 -Tweeze the hairs on the outside of your guideline. Tweeze one hair at a time, pulling in the direction of the hair growth.
7 -Step back after tweezing a few hairs to check your work and make sure you are not over plucking.
